You can do it. Three of us stopped together and I just couldn't let myself be beat by one of them - so smoke free since Nov 12. Go to the Farmer's Almanac and see when it says is the best time to stop smoking (same as weaning a calf, or starting a diet). For some reason them ol' farmers knew what they were talking about. Go figure.
